Hoag Urgent Care is located in the Crossroads Shopping Center at the corner of East Santa Ana Canyon Avenue and Imperial Highway. We are located in the freestanding building across from Vons and next to Bank of America. There is ample parking surrounding the urgent care building.

This was the best urgent care I've ever been to! Very efficient and very well organized! My son was treated like he was the only one there!

Very efficient and quick Urgent Care! You can even see the wait time online on their website! I had a great visit and saw Nurse Practitioner Nora. From Lily at the front desk to my nurse and getting treated by Nora, my crappy day was made a little better by this Urgent Care. Thanks for making me feel better!

Let me start by saying that staff there was phenomenal. A great team that make you feel like a friend and not a number. They were very reassuring and friendly that I felt my non-existent ailment cured. Dr. Satar was the man! To provide a patient with not just the healing but the education about what's going on is an experience that let's you know you are at the right place. I cant praise this place enough. Awesome staff, Amazing MD. What more can you want?

I love this place. I made a lunch appointment online because, my chest was hurting due to severe stress and anxiety. As soon as I submitted my request and they saw my symptoms they called me and asked me to come in immediately and called me in as soon as I arrived. Over the next few hours they checked me out thoroughly, ran tests, and even x-rays to make sure I was alright. Fortunately my heart was fine, but they found another issue I needed medication for so they called it in to the pharmacy conveniently located next door. From start to finish, I was blown away by the level of professional care I received. The entire staff was genuinely concerned for my well being and took excellent care of me - I highly recommend them all!

I cut my little finger with a chain saw and didn't think I need to go through the hassle, expense and long wait of an emergency room. I was right. Staff here were great. At one point I felt faint and they immediately got me to lay down and took very good care of me. They stitched up my finger and sent me on my way. I followed up with my regular doctor and my finger healed nicely. By the way - no waiting. An ER would have been an hour or two wait and 4 times the cost.

Everyone was fantastic there from the check in to the assistants, doctors and nurse practitioners. I was able to get an x-ray and have it read onsite instead of waiting until tomorrow and I appreciate the service and people there!
