Prescription Refills

1. The fastest way to request a refill is to CONTACT YOUR PHARMACY. We are electronically linked to your pharmacy and the request will automatically be expedited.

2. Alternatively, you can use the Follow My Health patient portal to request a prescription refill.

3. Call the Hoag Urgent Care location where you were treated. This method can take up to 7 days.

*Please note that not all prescriptions can be refilled through an urgent care without an additional visit.

Insurance & Copays

Insurances Accepted We accept many PPO, HMO, and Medicare insurance plans. Please check the Insurance & Billing page for additional information.

Copayment The copayment, determined by your insurance company, is due at the time services are rendered.

Deductible If you have a deductible due, we are required to collect this amount at the time services are rendered.

Payment We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards.

Test Results

The fastest way to receive your test and lab results is by using the Follow My Health patient portal. CLICK HERE to sign up now.

*PLEASE NOTE: Certain tests require a return visit to get results, including STD testing. If a return visit is required, your provider should have instructed you when to return.
